Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

We ship worldwide from our international warehouses.

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.

  • Express Shipping: Optional and available at checkout (if applicable, fees will be displayed).


🚨 CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

LunaStep has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.


🔍 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package at any time using the tracking link provided.

❗ DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen.
If your package is delayed for more than 10 days beyond the estimated time, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

LunaStep is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.
